Still....Waiting....Meh

I'm currently on a couch with the fireplace going, watching an Amanda Bynes movie, and eating Doves chocolates...in Renae's living room in Des Moines.
You thought I would be on a plane to London right now?...yea well, so did I.

It's been a loooong day.

Thank goodness for Gazette crosswords and Sudoku 

First the flight to Detroit was delayed one hour....after waiting at the airport for three hours and having two more changes to the departure time, the flight was canceled altogether. Minneapolis, our only other option, was sold out. GAAHH!!!

So...I will be flying out tomorrow, missing the welcome pub dinner in London and probably some of orientation on Monday morning.

But hey...that means I'll get to miss most of the ice breaker games. YES! I hate ice breakers.

Besides all the frustration...I'm surprisingly not as stressed as I normally am when all my plans and organization are thrown for a loop. :)

the delayed flight crew. lol. Me, Megan, Renae, and Emily. I'm SO glad to have these girls with me.

So right now I'm waiting to hear from Miss Chelsea Bell to see if she got accepted to Moody Bible Institute....which I have no doubt she did. :)
Also, prayers for my old church and the pastor I grew up with. His last Sunday sermon at MCC is tomorrow. He and his wife Eloise have been huge blessings in my life. They will be missed. :)
